Welcome to the SPIRIT home page. Below is everything you need to know to start reducing your tuition at JCS!

Joy Christian School’s SPIRIT program is an optional program that maximizes your everyday spending by reducing your financial investment in tuition at JCS. Rebates from your regular, weekly purchases (gas, groceries, restaurants, department stores, travel) are credited to your family tuition account every quarter and range from 1.5% to more than 15% depending on the vendor. Instead of writing a check, using cash, or your debit/credit card to make your regular purchases, participant’s simply pre-purchase gift cards through the S.P.I.R.I.T. program. The rebates associated with this “substitute money” can really add up, with the average family of four generating about $900/year towards tuition! Families who use SPIRIT scrip almost exclusively can earn much more. Be sure to encourage your family, friends and associated business owners to sign-up too.

Ready to catch the SPIRIT? Follow these easy steps to begin:

S - Sign-up! Complete the registration form. Click on the link below to print the form or pick one up at the Common Grounds coffee shop during regular business hours. Completed registrations may be turned in at upcoming JCS SPIRT promotional events, including “How to Afford A Christian Education”meetings, and daily at the Common Grounds food service counter.

P - Program! Once your registration form is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a passcode. To begin ordering, you need to sign-up with ShopWithScrip Online Ordering Program and PrestoPay. Click these two links and follow the prompts.

I - Individualize! This program is designed to give the individual options for success. You can choose to pay online via PrestoPay (highly recommended), or you can place orders and pay with cash. You can choose to designate your own family tuition account as the recipient of rebates, or that of another family who is in need of assistance. R - Retailers! There are over 275 national and regional retail partners where you can shop and earn. Local retailers, such as Fry’s Grocery Stores and Trader Joe’s have also been added to the program for your convenience. Don’t want to wait a week to place an on-line order? SPIRIT scrip offers instant on-line, “reload” options for the most frequently used vendors, including Starbucks. Click below for the Retailer List.
